The
Roanoke Cycling Organization is the newly formed
cycling group based out of Roanoke,
Virginia representing those who have a passion for the
sport. The RCO focuses
on racing,
riding, training, education and event
promotion. Our philosophy attracts those with a passion for the sport, who understand the impact of cyclists behavior on and off the road, who seek continuing education from bike handling to maintenance techniques, and wish to
get involved in all forms of bicycle racing and promotion. The
RCO is the home for Team El Toreo which
has had a tremendous 2007 season both on and
off road. Our
spotlight event for 2008 is the ID3
and the RMBC
races both road and
mountain bike
races which was also the Commonwealth Games
